Accuquilting A Flower Basket

I decided to work with my Accuquilt 12 inch Cube Mix & Match set today and see if I could make a flower basket block.

My version of a flower basket block

I came up with a large block that finishes at 15 inches. The block is made up of two different sized half square triangles, rectangles and squares. I used scraps to make this test block. I think it will look great using my 1930’s reproduction fabrics. I hope to be able to post a tutorial showing how to make this block and provide the sizes and shapes I used to construct it.

Until next time . . .
